“are you a racist?”

"danm what f**king are you talking about"

Today,we'll start a topic about "Racist":

Of course, the content above might appear somewhat overwhelming — after all, I used a translator too…  Nevertheless, the core idea is that both parties hold differing perspectives. To clarify, I will summarize the key points below:

>>>miran
  • It makes the equlity(反对种族歧视彰显平等观念)
  • It's a traditionally significant think in America(这种观念已经深入人心)
  • With too many violent events happend-we need it(尝试用这种观念来修正社会矛盾)
  • Historical and real data is not the unique aspect for poeple to judge a race(认为历史经验不能代表一切,不能根据刻板印象去贬低别人)

| At times, racial discrimination is not based on pure emotion, but on large-scale statistical observations. A well-known quote illustrates this: “Can you name a Black scientist?” — followed by “Now, how about a White or Asian scientist?”
| Furthermore, some individuals exploit anti-discrimination narratives to evade personal accountability, such as responding to criticism with, “Are you blaming me just because I’m a woman?”

Given the information above, let us attempt to integrate and further analyze these perspectives.

First, we must examine the origin of anti-racist ideology. It is well known that the United States is an immigrant nation, home to a wide range of talents from around the globe. As mentioned earlier, population diversity inevitably increases governance complexity. Thus, the need to maintain social stability led to the emergence of anti-racism ideology.

Objectively speaking, if this ideology can effectively mediate cultural differences, it would constitute a true advancement in human civilization, as it contributes to the unification of human culture. In its initial stages, this ideology did indeed yield positive results. However, in recent years, it has become increasingly distorted in practice. For example, some believe that individuals should never be labeled negatively — regardless of their actions. If a person of color frequently engages in disruptive behavior, they might still invoke anti-discrimination rhetoric in court to deflect accusations or even counterattack.

Moreover, from a political point of view, it is not uncommon for the US government to use its regime to oppress and oppress weak and small countries. We won't mention that for now

This phenomenon can be interpreted as the result of over-politicization and the inherent inconsistency within ideological structures. While the U.S. emphasizes freedom of thought, its practice of rigid ideological enforcement — particularly in areas related to race — restricts genuine freedom of expression. After all, prejudice is difficult to eliminate completely. For instance, one may deeply resent the atrocities committed by Japanese forces against the Chinese people, yet still admire Japan’s cultural exports, such as anime and literature.

Is this contradictory? Not necessarily. Prejudice can be gradually overcome. Consider how, during the Qing dynasty, Chinese people were often regarded by the West as backward and uncivilized. Today, the global view may include curiosity, admiration — or even fear.

Therefore, the ideology of anti-racism may require a systematic reconstruction in order to truly serve not only the American public but also the global community. What does this entail? Prejudice, when viewed objectively, can help individuals better understand themselves. Of course, if one prefers to live in comforting falsehoods, then that is a personal choice.

To reconstruct this ideology, we must first clarify the definition of racial discrimination. It is defined as any distinction, exclusion, restriction, or preference based on race, color, descent, or national/ethnic origin. On the surface, this definition appears logically rigorous. However, as previously discussed, in practice it can serve as both a tool for avoiding responsibility and a trigger for social conflict. Those who believe in it may use it to shield themselves; those who oppose it may react with hostility.

Its fundamental problem lies in its fixation on race, ethnicity, or ancestry. To refine this framework, we must detach it from traditional racial constructs. That is, within this framework, all racial definitions must be discarded.Let us assume the existence of a new theoretical model — “Meta-Cultural Theory.” This theory would focus solely on challenging stereotypes, rather than referencing race or ethnicity. For example:“I think fat people are all unhealthy” would violate Meta-Cultural principles (as it stereotypes).“I think all Americans are obese” would violate traditional anti-racism principles. From the perspectives of scope and applicability, Meta-Cultural Theory would likely be more coherent and broadly useful than conventional anti-racism frameworks, which are often logically inconsistent and narrowly applicable.

Finally, my previously ambivalent stance toward certain aspects of racial exclusivity has been self-refuted. Upon further reflection, it is clear that disadvantaged groups do require protection, at least symbolically or institutionally, in order to maintain social order and cohesion. But what's the point of American society if it's been holding on to this distorted mindset and not trying to change it?
